All of our soft play equipment is geared towards children 0-5 years old.
We do only cover Long Island but have Franchisees and locations that service most of NY, NJ, parts of CT and even Orlando!
Yes. We clean and sanitize each piece of equipment before every use. Our balls undergo a very intense machine scrubbing, soaking, sanitizing and drying process.
Yes, we are insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event for any reason,you have up to a year to reschedule and we will work with you to find an alternate date.
Yes we can setup outside on concrete or grass.
We charge a delivery fee after 20 miles from our location.
We come an hour before your start time to setup the soft play area. The rental is for 4 hours, $50 for additional hours.
An attendant is available for $50 per hour.
The equipment cannot get wet. If rain is forecasted, a tent covering the play area must be in place before setting up.
